Reluctantly, Haru finds himself living with his brother's daughter Akira, who has lost both of her parents, for a duration of three months. He had no desire to return to the home where his brother and sister-in-law once resided, nor did he wish to see Akira. All of this brings back the painful memories of love that he has kept locked away. Now Haru must care for Akira and her two roommates while grappling with his distressing past.
