After a catastrophic war, humanity seeks shelter underground, but some still yearn for a glimpse of the sky. The Narise Corporation has been developing a robot called Ciel, which can create visions of the world above through its melodies. Unfortunately, when a murder occurs at the company, Ciel must flee.
