The new semester begins and Ji Un is assigned to work with Yoosun. Despite Ji Un's attempts to establish a bond with Yoosun, she only receives an unfriendly response. There must be a motive behind Yoosun's resentment towards Ji Un. Additionally, the novel contains two supplementary chapters.
