Having no job and being unmarried, Shutaro returns to his home from Tokyo. Upon opening the door, he is welcomed by his twirling-skirted niece, Nina, who has silver locks and a desire to become an Akiba Idol. Joining forces, the pair share a memorable summer vacation and beyond.
