Rad & Rinpu

Rad's powers were uncontrollable when he was young, and this caused his older brother Rinpu's tragic demise. To keep others from suffering the same fate, Rad founded a school to teach those with abilities like his how to master them. He looked for people with comparable powers and urged them to join his mission.
