Tateo Sone operates a pharmacy in Odawara, enjoying a typical yet fulfilling life with his lovely wife and daughter-in-law. However, everything changes when his wife reveals that she is expecting a child, leaving him in shock. This revelation is particularly distressing for Tateo, as he harbors a secret: he has never had a functioning lower half of his body. The realization that his wife's child is not his fills him with despair. At that moment, he encounters a man named Sumaoka, who provides him with a mysterious ED drug. In a moment of impulsiveness, Tateo takes the medication and is astounded to discover that his lower body's function is miraculously restored. Tateo vows to Sumaoka that he will recreate and produce this drug himself. Thus begins a perilous journey that will irrevocably alter his life!
