Doubutsu no Kuni

One day, a tanuki named Monoko discovers a baby who has been abandoned by its mother. Lacking a family of her own, she does her utmost to raise the baby, despite their different species. Monoko faces various hardships and adversaries, but she remains determined to protect the baby at any cost. As the baby grows, numerous challenges lie ahead, including the ability to communicate with the animal world.
