Dear Annel

A small variety shop is under the ownership of Akimoto. Unexpectedly, a reclusive author of picture books, Laurence, visits him one day. Seeking work in Japan, Laurence has been entrusted to Akimoto's care by a mutual friend. During Laurence's stay, Akimoto stumbles upon the fact that he is the creator of "Anneli", a book which holds a special place in his heart.
