In a time long gone, a dragon was said to have roamed the earth, but now it is only regarded as a legend... Fourteen years ago, Inoue Hikari, the ruler of the Hikari clan and one of the 10 Emperors, initiated a war against the other nine clans that maintained the balance of the world. Following the chaos and bloodshed, he emerged triumphant and has since held dominion over the world as the supreme emperor.
